For health focussed sessions Stacey works with you in reviewing your personal and family health history, as well as relevant life experiences, to identify factors that may have influenced your current state of health.

From this, we will unveil the many intricate relationships between your genetics, life experiences, mental emotional aspects and your nutrition and lifestyle with your current state of health and well-being.

Stacey will develop a personalised program based on your current needs and readiness, focusing on simple, manageable steps to help you achieve quick results.

The personalised programs have a whole person approach including lifestyle changes, nutrition guidance, mental and emotional health support, relationships and supplements. 

 

Additionally, Stacey may recommend various body sample tests and provide referrals to other complementary health professionals, medical and allied health practitioners, ensuring a comprehensive and wholistic approach to your care.
