The journey to
Wellbeing Consultant

Stacey has been self-employed in different capacities in the complementary medicine sector since she was 18 years of age (nearly 30 years ago) when she commenced in the industry as a Massage therapist.

One year into her career, she undertook her double Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy and Acupuncture at the Australian College of Natural Medicine, now known as Endeavour College, completing it in 4 years.

She completed this whilst starting her own massage therapy business and worked alongside many successful practitioners of many different modalities, training on the job whilst she learnt, which was invaluable.

During this time, Stacey also trained in many different healing body therapies to expand her understanding and ability to support with all types of musculoskeletal presentations.

Stacey’s background has been predominantly as a practitioner of Naturopathy and a vast array of body therapies for over 25 years.  With counselling also being a natural part of her foundational training and work, Stacey more recently acquired her official credentials in the Diploma of Counselling and acquired her registration so that she could further support this component of her work.

She is passionate about sharing her lived experience in her business, professional and personal life with others to inspire them to have the most enriching life that is possible for them.

Stacey lives her life with this as her foundation and always has.

“I want nothing more than for everyone to have the most enriching lives that they are meant to have so that there is no one left wanting, only living and connecting with one another in this most enriched state”.

As a wife and mother to two children, what you see in Stacey as a professional is the same as in her personal life.  She feels there is a constant connection and flow between all areas of life – and this is the foundation of how she supports many in their health journey – the health of their entire life in every aspect, every fine detail.

She believes that everyone has the potential to have the life that they feel they are meant to have, but there are so many blocks and fears that stop them – this is where she supports.

My professional journey:
A life of dedication and growth

I have been self-employed since the age of 19, with my only job as an employee being a junior legal secretary for 8 months at a legal firm immediately after completing high school. Whilst completing my studies, I contracted as a bodywork practitioner in private clinics, gyms and corporate spaces. For over 25 years, I have owned and managed a complementary therapies clinic, handling every aspect of the business—from accounting and hiring to training, compliance and customer service—while continuously learning from experienced professionals.

Despite never having the security of paid holidays or sick leave, my dedication has kept me focused on prioritising health and well-being. I have adapted my clinic to meet customer needs, raised my children, contributed to my community, and managed a second family business—all while staying committed to my personal and professional growth.
