Sustaining health professionals:
A path to burnout prevention

As a practitioner who came close to burnout after just 11 years of practice, Stacey knows firsthand the challenges many professionals face that can lead to this all-too-common occurrence.

Through experience and proactive adjustments, Stacey now manages to successfully run several businesses, support her children in their everyday activities, volunteer in the community, work in clinic, write, stay active by going to the gym, play outside with her children, cook nutritious meals, and still make time for rest and fun.

Burnout is no longer a concern for her.

It's not about being perfect—it's about how she structures her day and sets a consistent foundation that supports her health, and by extension, her entire life. It’s not about working harder; it’s about working smarter and embracing balance.

Stacey can share the "how" behind maintaining this balance and preventing burnout, enabling you to sustainably care for your health while thriving in your practice.

Refresh your practice

Stacey can support you in your own practice to:

  • Overcome difficulties with clients who struggle to implement the programs or the supports you are offering

  • Address challenges you face when you find clients are resistant to change.

  • Understand the powerful connection between your personal health, life flow, and how they directly influence your work and workplace.

  • Address 'fixer' syndrome, where you feel pressure to fix your clients' health in a way that is not possible or is beyond your means or responsibility.

Support is also available for practice teams, (reception staff and other staff members) as needed, both individually or as a group.
